Unlike most of the large real estate companies and global brands who gain market share by employing lots of average real estate brokers, who sell 5-10 homes a year each, I have gained market share by providing my clients with a much higher level of experience and service who, in turn, refer me to their friends and family members.
I am more effective because I work harder and invest in my business! The average days on market for my listings and my success in selling my listings are each better than most agents. Why is this? I am a better than average broker. I only list properties I know I can sell. I understand our local market, the buying and selling process, and I know how much homes are worth. I do a better than average job keeping transactions together after acceptance.
Everyone talks about service these days. But here is the difference. I’m not interested in a commission check as much as I’m interested in clients being happy. I believe that you will see in the reviews below that making clients happy is truly my focus.
As an individual broker, I will be your single point of contact. Unlike broker teams, I will personally and directly provide you world class service. Teams can provide good service but they cannot provide you single point of contact service.
I also understand how important communication is. I make keeping my clients informed from start to finish a huge priority. An informed client is a happy client. A happy client will refer me to their friends. It’s quite simple. Few things are more annoying to me than having to hunt someone down. My clients never have to hunt me down!
